[LORENE] How to Download LORENE!!

Dear Users,
        I am unable to download the LORENE. Following command
"cvs -d :pserver:anonymous at octane.obspm.fr:/cvsroot login"
prompts me to give the password. But, when I use the pasword 'anonymous' as
given on the web, I am unable to login.
I get the following message
"cvs [login aborted]: connect to octane.obspm.fr(145.238.18.76):2401
failed: Connection timed out"

I shall highly appreciate if
someone can let me know the right steps for installing LORENE. I work on
SUSE operating system with version 9.3.
