[LORENE] Class Matrice

Dear Lorene-ers,

I have committed some changes to the class Matrice. In particular, the 
derived members (band and LU storage arrays) are now handled 
differently. Of course, I have tested these changes on the codes I have, 
but since this is a very low-level class, it might be that I have missed 
something ...
So, if you notice any problem in your code that you can suspect to come 
from these changes, please let me know.
