[LORENE] Documentation page for Bin_NS

Hi,
I am just wondering if the shift vector defined in Bin_NS is of corotating 
coordinates or non-rotating coordinates ?  From the document printed out
weeks ago, it was defined as of corotating coordinates, but today when I
tried to look at the document again.  It was changed !!!

Does it mean a change also made in the code or the document was wrong ?
