[LORENE] Manipulation of Scalar at domain boundaries

Dear All,

Two new methods of class Scalar have been introduced to
set the value of a field at some boundary between two
domains:

    void Scalar::set_inner_boundary(int l, double x)
    void Scalar::set_outer_boundary(int l, double x)

These methods are usefull, for instance, to set exactly
to zero the scalar field at some boundary.

Note that the previous methods
    Scalar::set_val_hor
    Scalar::set_val_inf
have been suppressed, since they
constitute particular cases of the new methods.
